Pay as you go. Real Estate Closing is $200. Lead time is 4 hours. Completed closings are charged by card. If the closing cannot be completed, there is no charge.
Volume 0-75. Real Estate Closing is $175. Lead time is 3 hours.
Volume 76-150. Real Estate Closing is $165.
Volume 151-225. Real Estate Closing is $155.
Volume 226+. Real Estate Closing is $150.
On a Volume plan, completed closings can be paid by card after each closing, or as a monthly bulk by card or wire. Uncompleted closings are not billed.
On-Demand is available on every plan. The first document is $75. Each additional document is $25. On-Demand sessions are 30 minutes. Real Estate Closing sessions are 75 minutes.
Appointments are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, excluding holidays.
